Frank Rogers is an accomplished Human Resources Executive with an extensive record of achievement in the areas of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.

Frank Rogers is an accomplished Human Resources Executive with an extensive record of achievement in the areas of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. Frank has more than 30 years of experience in a variety of industries including Pharmaceutical, Technology and Consumer Products, including Food and Flavor & Fragrance organizations, ranging in size from early Start-Up to Global Fortune 100. He combines strategic thinking with actions and has a talent for building, developing and mentoring teams to perform at the highest level. Additionally, Frank possesses strong analytical and problem solving capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement and increased productivity. This has enabled him to consistently deliver greater service levels with limited resources while continuing to attract, hire and retain the best talent. Prior to founding Nucleis Talent Solutions, Frank most recently led Talent Acquisition and Talent Management in North America for Firmenich, a leading global Flavor & Fragrance company.

Frank is currently the COO at Nucleis Talent Solutions. They are a boutique firm that offers everything your business needs from Executive Search solutions to Quality Recruitment Outsourcing. Frank brings more than 30 years of combined Talent Acquisition Leadership experience across multiple industries including Pharma, CPG, Chemical, Financial, Technology and Healthcare.

In addition, Frank has a successful history of building functions from the ground up, centralizing multi­ location processes, and introducing excellence to corporate recruitment programs. Results-oriented recruitment professional with strong analytical, technical, and people leadership skills who gets to the core of practical problems and delivers creative solutions and strategies.

Prior to Nucleis, Frank was a Partner at the Thomas Watson Group. He successful led many searches in a variety of industries both retained and contingency, at all levels including C-Suite. Frank built a strong client group and presented a best in class recruiting function to meet the human capital goals of the organization. Implemented branding strategies throughout social media channels that showcased the business values and career opportunities.

Frank also led Global recruiting efforts for Zelis Healthcare, Pinnacle Foods, International Flavors and Fragrances, Revlon, and Martha Stewart Living. In these leadership roles, he was responsibility for developing and executing the full life cycle talent acquisition strategy, including recruitment planning, resource allocation and deployment, management of the recruiting team, performance metrics reporting, EEO compliance, diversity and inclusion programs, social media programs and university recruiting.

Frank's success is his ability to foster strong relationships with clients and candidates by delivering results and by holding himself to the highest standards for recruiting best practices.

Frank lives in Northern NJ, and enjoys spending his free time with his wife, two children.
